Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We're looking for a Senior Integrator to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant lending transformations across UK financial services.
Joining our Lending & Working Capital Platform, you'll help develop and deliver CC360, a strategically important programme that is transforming how we support commercial customers throughout their lending journeys. This is an opportunity to influence the future of commercial lending at scale, building a more connected, insight-led and relationship-focused experience for both customers and colleagues.
Operating at the intersection of business, technology, operations and change, you'll turn ambitious strategic outcomes into executable plans, bringing together multiple teams, platforms and capabilities to drive delivery. You'll be equally comfortable shaping strategic direction, navigating complexity and ensuring the practical execution needed to deliver meaningful results.
This role offers significant visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to influence decisions that will shape the future of lending and credit across Business & Commercial Banking.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the integration and delivery of CC360 and wider lending transformation initiatives, driving meaningful customer, colleague and business outcomes.
Shape the future direction of lending and credit across Business & Commercial Banking, aligning priorities, capabilities and investment decisions across multiple platforms.
Drive alignment across business, technology, operations and risk teams to ensure successful delivery of complex transformation outcomes.
Influence senior leaders and executive forums, providing insight, challenge and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Navigate organisational complexity, managing key dependencies, risks and barriers across interconnected programmes and workstreams.
Create clarity from ambiguity, translating strategic priorities into executable plans that deliver measurable value.
Provide leadership across governance, planning and agile delivery forums, ensuring decisions, priorities and outcomes remain aligned.
Champion opportunities to simplify lending journeys and improve customer and colleague experiences through greater integration and collaboration.

What you’ll need:
Significant experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes within financial services, delivering strategic outcomes across multiple business areas, platforms and partner groups.
Exceptional partner management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive decisions at Executive and senior leadership level.
Strong critical thinking combined with a delivery approach, translating business priorities into clear, executable plans that achieve measurable outcomes.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, creating an inclusive environment where individuals and teams can thrive and deliver their best work.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues, create compelling narratives and align diverse partners behind a common goal.
It would also be useful if you had...
Experience of commercial lending, credit transformation or customer journey transformation within a banking environment.
A strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and large-scale change execution, including leadership across agile delivery forums.
Experience working closely with product, engineering and architecture teams, with the technical credibility to influence and challenge where required.
