Job Description
Purpose of the role
To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualisations and reports.
Accountabilities
- Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, documenting data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement.
- Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and correlations, develop validated logical data models, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning/AI.
- Through data-driven analysis, translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations, identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using applicable tools and automate reporting processes for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs.

To be successful as a “Campaign Execution Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Good understanding of financial services, preferably UK retail banking marketplace, risk and compliance processes.
Extensive experience in marketing analytics and digital Marketing.
Any background of campaign analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear way.
Strong in SQL (Teradata , Databricks)
Strong in Conceptual Design, Abstract Thinking, User and Internal Communication
Strong Data warehousing Concept
Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years’ experience
Campaign Management & Audience Targeting
Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, audience selection, segmentation, suppression, and customer contact strategies.
Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, validate outputs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stakeholder Management :Experience working with business stakeholders, technology teams, data engineering teams, and compliance/governance functions.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Marketing Technologies Tool related to campaigns
Knowledge in Teradata , Databricks ,TWS /Tivoli and Unix /Linux
Experience in campaign delivery
Knowledge of customer contact policies and marketing consent frameworks.
Understanding of data lineage, data governance, and metadata management.
Experience supporting production incidents and BAU campaign operations
This role will be based out of Chennai.
