The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of information barriers including corresponding with partners and other matter team members.
Supporting the team in carrying out conflicts searches and analysis in respect of low risk matters under supervision.
Administrative tasks to support data integrity.
Research tasks primarily using Intapp.
Creating, reviewing and maintaining online resources.
Bulk data management, especially in regard to class action and bankruptcy matters.
Supporting and participating in discrete projects as requested (e.g. assisting in the response to Business Development requests).
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Law degree.
LPC/similar desirable.
Paralegal experience in a City practice preferable.
Excellent interpersonal skills – the person will liaise with both lawyers and business services groups, in each case at all levels of seniority and from all offices.
