   Your work profile

    

   • Min 4-8 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting, Data Sourcing, Data Lineage, ETL Pipeline and data analysis.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and create functional specifications for regulatory reporting systems and processes.
   • Communicate complex data findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Assist in the implementation of Axiom-based reporting systems (if applicable).
   • Ensure compliance with relevant capital market and commercial banking regulations in reporting.
   • Data Sourcing: Identify data origins, evaluate source system reliability, and onboard new data feeds.
   • Data Lineage: Map end-to-end data flows from source to consumption using automated tools and manual documentation.
   • Data Mapping: Create clear mapping documents between source systems and target data warehouses or lakes.
   • Ability to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or quality issues and propose solutions.
   • Strong analytical mindset to map complex business requirements to technical data structures.

    

   Key skills required:

    

   • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science or related field.
   • Experience in capital markets and commercial banking is highly desirable.
   • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and standards.
   • Advanced Excel or data analysis tools experience.
   • Experience in business process modeling and documentation.
