Marsh is seeking an experienced AI Product Expert. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.
What can you expect
You will be responsible for turning AI opportunities into practical solutions and driving their implementation and adoption across the organization. You will work closely with Operations, Business Teams, IT and AI experts to identify valuable use cases and bring them from initial idea through development, testing and implementation.
The role combines AI product delivery, business collaboration and adoption, giving you the opportunity to independently drive cross-functional AI initiatives and help teams make effective use of AI in their day-to-day work.
We will count on you to
Independently drive AI use cases end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through implementation and adoption.
Work with Business, Operations, IT and AI teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility and potential impact.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies and actions required to move initiatives forward.
Drive adoption of internal AI tools through practical use cases, demonstrations, training and knowledge sharing.
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing AI solutions and ways of working.
Ensure AI initiatives follow relevant AI governance, responsible AI, data protection and security requirements.
Track adoption, business outcomes and value delivered by implemented AI solutions.
What you need to have
Hands-on experience working with AI solutions and tools and applying them to real business use cases.
Experience independently driving projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including their practical applications, opportunities and limitations.
Experience driving AI adoption and supporting users in integrating AI into their ways of working.
Practical understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection and security considerations.
Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into requirements and potential solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Proactive, structured and solution-focused approach with a strong orientation towards business outcomes.
Excellent English, both written and spoken.
What makes you stand out
Experience with process automation, low-code/no-code technologies or other digital transformation solutions.
Experience with product management, business analysis or project delivery methodologies.
