Your work profile
- Proven experience managing architecture or engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience handling enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Key skills required:
- 12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling, Data Vault).
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Scala etc.
- Experience with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka is preferred.
- Knowledge of data governance, MDM, cataloging, lineage, and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
- TOGAF or enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML data platforms and advanced analytics ecosystems is desirable.
