About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director, Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to drive growth across the New Jersey market within our Middle Market Banking segment, serving companies with annual revenues of $100 million to $500+ million. This is an opportunity for an accomplished commercial banker with a strong presence in New Jersey to build deep client relationships, acquire new business, and serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, sponsors, and financial decision-makers.

This individual will leverage an established network and deep market knowledge to expand Wells Fargo's Middle Market franchise throughout New Jersey while delivering the full breadth of the firm's commercial banking capabilities. Working closely with senior leaders, credit partners, and product specialists, this individual will help privately held, family-owned, sponsor-backed, and publicly traded companies navigate growth initiatives, acquisitions, recapitalizations, capital investments, treasury transformation, and other strategic business objectives.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
