Your work profile
The Application Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications. This role manages development teams, collaborates with business stakeholders, ensures delivery of high-quality software solutions, and drives continuous improvement across application development processes and technologies.
Key skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of application development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
