Job Description

Overview:

The  Principal Solutions Manager, North America Acceptance Solution Management, will be a key member of Visa’s Value Added Services team and a contributor to the success of Acceptance Solutions in North America. This role will support the regional Acceptance Solutions team in advancing client-relevant solutions for Acquirers, Payfacs, ISOs, and other reseller partners, with a focus on product execution, roadmap coordination, go-to-market readiness, client feedback synthesis, and cross-functional delivery.

The  Principal Solutions Manager will work closely with Product, Sales, Client Services, Sales Engineering, and other Go-to-Market teams to help articulate how Visa’s acceptance product and services, including the Visa Acceptance Platform, Payment Processing and Network Products, address partner needs and support product adoption across the North America region.  This role will specifically be supporting the launch of Visa Intelligence Authorization solution to US acquiring clients. 

This role is well suited for a candidate who combines foundational knowledge of payment acceptance, strong analytical capability, payments and product curiosity, technical aptitude, structured execution, and the ability to coordinate across matrixed teams. The role emphasizes execution responsibilities, including documenting requirements, supporting product workstreams, and helping manage assigned features or initiatives through commercialization and ongoing VIA go-to-market optimization.

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $146,200 to $233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
