Join Deloitte Cyber to help organizations strengthen and transform their Microsoft 365 security environments. As a Senior Consultant, you will advise clients on securing collaboration, identity, endpoint, and compliance capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will support complex cyber transformations, help address cloud security risks, and deliver practical solutions that improve resilience, visibility, and control.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting Microsoft 365 security solutions for clients.
- Lead and support client engagements focused on Microsoft 365 security technologies, including Microsoft Purview, Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, and the Defender suite.
- Assess, design, configure, and optimize security controls across Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Support client transformations from third-party security tools to Microsoft security capabilities, including deployment, integration, and operational readiness.
- Investigate and resolve platform issues, security events, policy misconfigurations, and service disruptions across enterprise cloud environments.
- Contribute to all phases of engagements, including discovery, assessment, design, deployment, testing, handover, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client’s technical backbone while enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement. Deloitte Cyber team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue growth, innovation, and performance agendas through proactive management of cyber risks. Cloud Infrastructure supports organizations through the complete cycle of migrating business processes to the cloud, with capabilities and solutions focused on development, transformation, and resilience of cloud security.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential; on-call support required based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in technical consulting, solution design, and client problem solving
- 3-6 years of experience implementing and operating Microsoft 365 messaging, collaboration, and security services
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Experience conducting security assessments, technical health checks, and deployment readiness reviews for cloud environments
- Experience troubleshooting platform issues in multi-vendor, multi-protocol environments
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Security Copilot, Defender for Vulnerabilities, Defender for Identity, Defender XDR, SCCM, or Power Platform
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-900, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CCNP, or CCNA
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology.
