Our Healthcare Product team develops innovative data and analytics solutions that help customers make informed decisions across the healthcare ecosystem. We leverage provider data, insights, and technology to serve clients in the payer, pharmacy, provider, and life sciences markets. Working in a collaborative, agile environment, our team partners closely with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver products that improve healthcare outcomes and business performance.
About the Role
As a Product Manager I, you will own a product feature area and lead project execution within our Healthcare product portfolio. This role is focused on leveraging healthcare provider data and insights to create value for customers across multiple healthcare segments.
You will be responsible for defining and executing development plans, representing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product enhancements. The ideal candidate has a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business and customer requirements into actionable product solutions.
Responsibilities
Customer & Market Focus
Engage with customers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify market opportunities.
Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
Utilize customer frameworks, such as personas and Jobs-To-Be-Done methodologies, to guide product decisions.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
Support customer engagements, including meetings, events, and issue resolution.
Product Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the product roadmap for a designated feature area.
Contribute to the development and execution of product strategy and business objectives.
Prioritize product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Lead feature and enhancement planning, including requirement analysis and acceptance criteria definition.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze customer, market, and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
Assess options, weigh business impacts, and recommend solutions based on data-driven insights.
Go-to-Market & Product Enablement
Support product launch activities and go-to-market execution plans.
Partner with Sales and other internal stakeholders to understand market needs and product positioning.
Create and support product collateral, training materials, and customer-facing communications.
Educate and enable internal teams on product capabilities and value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver product initiatives.
Coordinate activities across teams to ensure quality, alignment, and successful delivery.
Build strong working relationships and foster collaboration across the organization.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Develop a strong understanding of healthcare provider data and how customers utilize it.
Understand the company's technology ecosystem and relevant product architecture.
Collaborate with developers to balance customer needs with technical considerations and constraints.
Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Balsamiq, and related technologies to support product activities.
Requirements
Experience
2-4 years of Product Management or related experience.
Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop, enhance, or maintain products.
Experience engaging directly with customers and gathering business requirements.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of product management principles and product development methodologies.
Familiarity with healthcare provider data and its application within healthcare markets preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
