Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience. Your strength in customer service, office administration, and advanced technical skills will help foster strong client relationships and streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates.
Support client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
Prepare client meeting materials.
Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications.
Assist with document collection, organization, and secure storage.
Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
